***Final Meditation***

My fellow Melbournian darlings

After two months of guiding these meditations, we have arrived at the final one for this pilot outdoor series

What a delight it has been to see this idea grow into something tangible

That made strange faces become familiar and invited moments of connection with Self and with others

Details -

• Thursday 28th March

• Footscray Park (outdoor stage)

• 6:45pm - 7:45pm

• BYO Yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else to support your comfort

Parking can be found -

• Maribyrnong Boulevard

• Near the Pioneer Hotel

• Limited parking along Ballarat Road

This is extends to you if you’d like to -

• Create community with those who share the value of authenticity

• Begin or continue your meditation practice in a community space

• Offer yourself a weekday / pre-weekend reset

• Gather with like minded people

• Meet others in a alcohol / drug free / sober environment
