With the end of daylight savings fast approaching, there are only two more of these free weekly meditations for this outdoor series

Details -

• Every Thursday (ending 28th March)

• Footscray Park (outdoor stage)

• 6:45pm - 7:45pm

• BYO Yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything else to support your comfort

Parking can be found -

• Maribyrnong Boulevard

• Near the Pioneer Hotel

• Limited parking along Ballarat Road

This is extends to you if you’d like to -

• Create community with those who share the value of authenticity

• Begin or continue your meditation practice in a community space

• Offer yourself a weekday / pre-weekend reset

• Gather with like minded people

• Meet others in a alcohol / drug free / sober environment
