I’m bringing something special to you

The calling to create safe community spaces has been becoming louder and louder and this is how I’ve decided to respond to the call

While the warm weather graces us

I’ll be guiding a free weekly meditation with authenticity as the focus

Details -

• Every Thursday beginning this week 1st Feb

• Footscray Park (outdoor stage)

• 6:45pm - 7:45pm

• BYO Yoga mat

Parking can be found -

• Maribyrnong Boulevard

• Near the Pioneer Hotel

• Limited parking along Ballarat Road

This is extends to you if you’d like to -

• Create community with those who share the value of authenticity

• Begin or continue your meditation practice in a community space

• Offer yourself a weekday / pre-weekend reset

• Gather with like minded people

• Meet others in a alcohol / drug free / sober environment
