About the event

After the success of my free community meditation outdoor series that finished at the end of March

I'm bringing to you the next iteration

Community Meditation Thursdays - By Donation

I’ve combined forces with the beautiful local Angliss Neighbourhood House

Their space will the home of these meditations to keep us warm on Thursday evenings as Melbourne’s winter approaches

They have generously allowed the first two meditations I’ll be guiding in May to be free for anyone who’d like to join

Moving forward from June, we will shift to a sliding donation scale model

Details are:

Dates:

  • May (free) - 2nd, 23rd

  • June (by donation) - 6th, 13th, 20th 27th

  • July (by donation) - 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

Location: Angliss Neighbourhood House

Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm AEST

BYO Yoga mat, cushions and blankets for your comfort and an open heart

This is meditation is for you if you’d like to -

  • Create community with those who share the value of authenticity

  • Begin or continue your meditation practice in a community space

  • Gather and meet with diverse and/or like minded people

  • Meet others in a alcohol / drug free / sober environment

  • Feel connected during the cooler, darker months

  • Offer yourself a weekday / pre-weekend reset
