After the success of my free community meditation outdoor series

I'm bringing to you the next iteration

Join me for this indoor series where we can deepen our connection with ourselves and grow our community spirit

The Angliss Neighbourhood House will the home of these meditations to keep us warm this winter 

The introduction of chai into the space last week acted like a glue to our Thursday evenings I didn’t realise was missing

With the brilliant success that it was, homemade chai will be available for $5 a mug each week moving forward

If you don’t enjoy chai, feel welcome to BYO your own tea
