About the event

After the success of my free community meditation outdoor series

I'm bringing to you the next iteration

Join me for this indoor series where we can deepen our connection with ourselves and grow our community spirit

The Angliss Neighbourhood House is the home of these meditations to keep us warm during Melbourne’s winter

This week Fraser Henry - a local acoustic indie folk musician who will be joining us

A little about Fraser -

“Growing up in Williamstown, the words and melodies of Cat Stevens, Crowded House and John Denver echoed against the walls of our home as I spent Summers making chocolate cake with my mum, hosting movie nights with my sister and playing backyard cricket with my brothers until the sun fell asleep.

After picking up my first guitar at fourteen, I began a journey of telling stories and sharing my perspectives and passions through music. Soon after, Fleet Foxes, Lord Huron and Jose Gonzales guided my love of folk, harmony, introspective curiosity and creativity. Following this, I’ve been lucky to compose, record and play many shows across Australia with dear friends and family in my band, The Peeks.

Still today, music allows me to feel, heal, love and express myself at my deepest, providing an avenue for warm memories and new connections.”

It will be cosy and warm

Come along, bring a plus one and be both serenaded and invited into a yummy restful state

I acknowledge the traditional custodians of all the lands here in Australia and pay respects to their culture, lore and history. We have much to learn from their elders past, present and emerging. May we all unite and heal together.
